Competition Tompkins Park
Last year’s competition at Tompkins Park was our biggest and most successful season yet, with an overwhelming number of registrations received within the first 24 hours. With team spots highly sought after and divisions expected to fill quickly again this summer, we strongly encourage players and teams to register as early as possible to avoid missing out.Get ready for another unforgettable summer of fast-paced football, packed fields, summer nights under lights and the best atmosphere in WA!
The JB 6 summer soccer competition kicks off on the week of October 21st, 2026, and runs until February 11th, 2027, spanning thirteen action-packed weeks inclusive of finals and a Gala day. During the festive season, from December 18th to January 19th, 2027, there will be a Christmas holiday break.
Games will take place on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons/evenings at Tompkins Park, Alfred Cove. Registration fees cover Nike jersey for every player, experienced referees, participation medals and trophies and access to top-notch facilities.
We extend a warm invitation to players of all genders and skill levels to participate. Our age divisions cater to everyone from U6 to U15, as well as Women's Open, Men's All Age, and Masters 35+. Whether you're forming a team with friends or registering as an individual, rest assured that we'll find the perfect fit for you.
It's worth noting that age divisions in the summer football mirror those of the winter competition and are determined by your age as of January 1st. For example, if you competed in the U13 category during the winter season (turning 13 at any point in 2026), you'll continue playing in the U13 division for the 2026 summer tournament.
Join us for a summer filled with camaraderie, competition, and unforgettable moments on the field!

* Please note that the published timetable is indicative only and may be adjusted depending on final registration numbers within each age group. Should any game times change, they will generally be no more than 40 minutes earlier or 40 minutes later than the times currently displayed on the website.
* If we receive enough all-girls teams within one age group, we'll create an exclusive all-girls division. However, if we don't have a minimum of four all-girls teams in a single age group, that age group will remain mixed.
* If a team consists of players from two different birth years, the entire team must compete in the higher age group. This policy ensures a fair and consistent competitive environment for all participants.
JB 6 A-Side is primarily for enjoyment and to keep your skill levels up. Depending on entries received, if there are not enough players in a particular age group we may have to merge age groups together to make a more balanced and fair competition.
